The Grainstore
An adaptive reuse of a 1960s industrial grainstore into hospitality and studio tenancies. The original board-formed concrete shell is kept raw, with new steel mezzanines inserted as clearly modern additions.
Next handled the change-of-use consent, seismic assessment coordination and full working drawings — keeping the building’s industrial character intact while bringing it up to code.

They saw what the old building could be and then quietly handled every technical hurdle between here and there.
