Hilltop House

Perched above Lake Wakatipu, Hilltop House is a four-bedroom family home designed to frame the Remarkables from every living space. A restrained palette of schist, cedar and dark steel lets the alpine landscape do the talking.

Next managed the project from concept through consent, working closely with structural engineers to resolve a steep, wind-exposed site without compromising the simple, low-slung form.
