A masterplanning and subdivision engagement for a 24-lot terraced housing development on a sloping Aotea site. Next prepared the design framework, yield studies and consent strategy for the developer.
The work balanced density targets against sun, privacy and stormwater constraints — delivering a lot layout and design guide that sailed through resource consent without a hearing.
